I’m a landscape and sports photographer based in the idyllic northern Monterey Bay area of central California. Whether capturing professional and amateur sporting events, or exploring the great outdoors, I’ve had a passion for photography most of my life.

Without a doubt, my biggest passion is photographing landscapes. I enjoy traveling and especially exploring new places around the western United States, as well as revisiting many of my local surroundings. Locations that I have visited as a child are now looked at from a more creative point of view: light, color, line, texture, and nature's varied elements, are just some of the numerous offerings that catch my eye and serve as the building blocks for my compositions.

Another aspect of this profession that I like is that there is always something new to learn, and for me, that’s all part of the fun. I also love sharing my knowledge with others.
